| About Our Online Ordering |
| We are able to take orders online securely 24 hours a day 7 days a week. All
you have to do is add your product choice to your cart and then proceed with
the checkout. From there you add your message, shipping and billing details,
and then you have the option to pay through PayPal or with a credit card. |

| To Cancel an Order |
| If you desire to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to stop it before it ships out. If the order has already been shipped but not delivered, you will still be charged for the shipping price and the return shipping, but the remainder will be credited back. |

| To Return or Exchange |
| We make every effort to ensure that you receive only the finest products from Maxwell Medical Services. If for some reason, you are dissatisfied, we must be notified within 3 business days of receiving the item. Return the unopened product within ten (10) business days for a full refund minus shipping or delivery fees. Please contact us prior to returning the item to get a return authorization number. |

| Shipping |
| Items are usually shipped within 24 hours of purchase/order and are routinely shipped via FedEx ground (3-5 business days). We also offer expedited shipping. Cost of shipping will vary according to the method you choose. Delivery costs are also based upon item weight and package size. A nominal fee for packaging materials is included in the shipping costs. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. COD returns will not be accepted. We will not be held responsible for shipping to incorrect addresses. If we are provided with an incorrect address, the customer will be held liable for paying the additional shipping fees incurred. Our company will file any/all claims on behalf of our customer with the shipping company to recover all costs if the package is deemed lost or stolen |

| Special Orders/ Volume Orders |
| Special orders and large volume order requests can be made. Please allow between 2- 3 weeks for these orders to be filled. A 50% deposit may be required on special orders. |
